Sara is the founder of Encrypted Events and the driving force behind both Westcoast Bound and Eastcoast Bound. For more than two decades, she has dedicated herself to creating spaces where people can learn, connect, and experience genuine belonging.

Known for her thoughtful leadership and unwavering commitment to community, Sara believes that exceptional events are built on more than logistics - they are built on trust, inclusion, and the relationships formed between the people who attend them. Her focus has always been on creating environments where newcomers feel welcome, experienced attendees continue to grow, and every person has the opportunity to find their people.

Whether she’s mentoring volunteers, collaborating with presenters, or quietly solving problems behind the scenes, Sara leads with the belief that strong communities are built intentionally - through kindness, accountability, and creating opportunities for people to thrive together.
